Online coaching offers a unique opportunity for Christian women to find support and guidance in their personal development journey. I am here to equip, encourage, train, and help you to uncover “roots” to your progress. I will treat the mind, the body, soul, and your spirit
I will utilize in my sessions with you:
- An opportunity to share your story. Before we dive into any life coaching/counseling sessions, I want to hear your story. I will listen with a non-judgemental ear, and I will listen to the Holy Spirit in what He may want me to share with you. This could be words of encouragement, a word in due season, discernment in your situation, and/or action steps.
- Uncovering “roots” that has hindered your spiritual, emotional, and/or physical health.
- Prayer. Guided deliverance if needed.
- Heavily relying on the Holy Spirit for direction during each session.
- Setting and making goals-spiritual, physical, and mental.
- Tools to help you face challenges, and how to still thrive and live the abundant life in Christ.
- Teach and train in spiritual warfare as needed.ย
