Word of Encouragement: You’re Not Going Back to Your Cave

You have been in a long season of living in a cave (a hidden place). This place became your comfort, and instead of staying a short while to rest, you stayed for many years.

Even though you don’t fully know where you are going, you’re not going back to your cave.

You are going forward, and your new rhythm will soon start to form as you break away from the cave.

Step by step you will move forward. Do not be afraid of what lies ahead. In your cave you did not have to face what may be outside of your cave. The longer that you stayed in your cave, the more afraid you became to go out.

You have to learn how to live outside your cave. At first, it will seem like you are a “fish out of the water.” It will feel different, and at the same time peaceful as you know God has called you out of the cave. Soon, you will learn how to manage your life without running back to your place of hiding.

You will experience true freedom, the chains have been broken that kept you bound in your cave. You will no longer hide in a cave for any reason, including the spirit of Jezebel. You are coming out with a new anointing, stronger than before, and grounded in your authority in Christ.

Opportunities will eventually come your way to be an influencer for Jesus, and to make an impact for the Kingdom of God.  You will use your voice to bless, to build and edify, to give a prophetic word, to declare, to decree, to shift atmospheres, to rebuke, cast out and command the enemy to flee.

Your cave had everything to do with your voice, and the assignment upon your life. You will see soon why the enemy tried so hard to keep you locked away in your cave.

As you come out of your cave, you will see that life is truly beautiful, and is meant to to be enjoyed to the fullest. There are people and places that need what you have.

Don’t try and jump ahead and think of all the situations outside of your cave that still make you uncomfortable. Master one step at a time. Don’t even think of the time that you have wasted, instead focus on God redeeming your lost time. God will multiply back to you time that you have lost in the cave.

Remember, just because you are not sure what to do outside of your cave, does not mean to go back to your cave. You won’t need to figure out the next steps, just obey when you get the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Don’t worry He will still give you times of refreshment, this time you will make a sanctuary and not a cave. You will not need to be in your sanctuary for months or even years but may be a half a day or a few days just to get refreshed.
