When you are feeling sluggish, easily annoyed, and lacking motivation, listen to your body. Rest. Your body is telling you something. How often do we ignore the signs our bodies are giving us to rest, and continue to push forward? 

Pray and ask the Holy Spirit do I need physical, spiritual, emotional rest, or all of these? 

Rest is holy. Sinning because you are tired and overwhelmed is not. 

Get back to balance in your life. Ask yourself ,โ€What is out of balance in my life, and how can I make adjustments?โ€
